FaciliCase has an optional add on that allows you to track recidivism, offenses, schedule recidivism checks and coordinate interactions with community members.
You can also produce a variety of reports that might be required at various government levels.
Security is approached from several angles. The platform itself uses top industry security practices to protect your data at rest and in transmission. You have the ability to see and track all activity of each user. You can also view a chronology of all views and modifications to each case.
Assign different types of tasks to different mediators. You can specify due dates and give additional instructions on a task basis. Each mediator or administrator has an easy to view schedule with links to each case.
Keep track of each appointment associated with each case by scheduling down to the room level.
Have you ever asked for a report and were told: That isn't possible? Certain types of year end or month end reports can be time intensive without advanced data warehousing operations. We have built a system which allows you to run complex aggregate reports with immediate results. No waiting.
You are not restricted to canned reports. You decide your report criteria and filter the data how you like. Reports can be printed from the browser or exported in common formats.
Generate detailed transcripts for each mediator. These can be viewed internally or provided for personal use by each mediator.
Our search is both powerful and simple to use. A user can search on almost any attribute of any case or person -- if they have appropriate access. Searches are completely customizable on an individual basis.
Is something missing from our system? Don't see your case status? Don't see a case code or language? Easily add it to your organization. Many attributes of the system are modifable by each organization.
Produce and publish an unlimited number of surveys. You can drag and drop questions and answers from survey to survey. Clients can either complete the survey in your office or you can email them a link. Surveys can be 100% anonymous or certain case / client data can be captured.
Results and scores can also be associated with certain questions of groups of participants. For example, you might want to calculate a victim and offender satisfaction ratings. This is accomplished automatically.
Utilize custom templates to automatically generate common documents and communications such as case assignment and closing letters.
